Do you want to return an item? No problem.
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please inform us of your cancellation within this period.
Return with our return label
For an easy return, we include a return label with your order.
If you use this return label, we will charge the following return costs:

Returns from abroad: €13.99
The cost for the used return label will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return at your own expense
Of course, you can also frank your return yourself and use a shipping service provider of your choice.

Please ensure that your return is sufficiently franked and securely packed. Returns sent postage due may incur additional costs.
Refund
Upon receipt of your return, the goods will be checked by us and the refund initiated.
Processing and refund can take up to 14 days. The refund will generally be made using the payment method originally used for the order.
Damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered items
Have you received a damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered item? Please contact us before returning it.
We will review the case and endeavor to find a quick and straightforward solution. Depending on the case, a replacement delivery, refund or another solution may be possible – even without returning the goods if applicable.
Therefore, please do not return damaged or incorrectly delivered items on your own before you have received feedback from us.
