Returns & Cancellations
Would you like to return an item? No problem.
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please inform us of your cancellation within this period.
Returns using our return label
For an easy return, we include a return label with your order.
If you use this return label, we will charge the following return shipping fees:

International returns: €13.99
The cost of the return label used will be deducted from your refund amount.
Returns at your own expense
You are, of course, welcome to pay for return shipping yourself and use a shipping provider of your choice.
Please ensure you use the correct return address for your selected provider.

Please make sure to sufficiently stamp and securely package your return. Returns sent "postage due" may result in additional costs.
Refunds
Upon receipt of your return, the goods will be inspected and the refund will be initiated.
Processing and refunds can take up to 14 days. Refunds will generally be issued via the original payment method used for the order.
Damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items
Have you received a damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered item? Please contact us before returning it.
We will review the case and work toward a quick and uncomplicated solution. Depending on the situation, this might involve a replacement, a refund, or another solution – possibly even without having to return the item.
Therefore, please do not send damaged or incorrectly delivered items back on your own before you have received a response from us.
